Anti-Spam Policy

Anti Spam Policy

20 Minute Teeth Whitening ONLY asks for an e-mail address, mobile number and home address IF the customer is booking an online appointment or booking an appointment via our call centre.

We will never send unsolicited emails, text messages, phone calls or letters to any of the addresses that we have been supplied when appointments are booked, these are used purely because confirmation that a booking has been actioned is completed by email, mobiles are used to send text message reminders the day before an appointment to ensure our staff do not have a wasted journey, phone calls are never made unless as a last resort if a text message reminder is not answered as requested and addresses are needed because our service involves a home visit.

We never contact a customer using any of the information that we collect after their appointment has taken place UNLESS the customer has left a message asking us to re contact them.

Because of our strict anti spam policy, if it is believed that unauthorised or improper use is being made of this website, we may, without notice, take such action as we, in our sole discretion, deem appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. We may immediately terminate any account on any service which we determine, in our sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail to, or through, this website and/or services. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of rights.

Unauthorised use of this website services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.
